Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with global data protection standards (Google Play Developer Policy, EU GDPR, and India's DPDP Act 2023), users worldwide may request the permanent deletion of their account, license records, and associated personal data at any time without needing to reinstall the application.
Method 1: Direct In-App Instant Wipe
If you currently have any Pinku Lab application installed on your Android device or PC, you can purge your data locally in 1 tap:
- Open the Pinku Lab application on your device.
- Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Data.
- Tap “Clear All Local Data & Reset App”.
- Confirm the prompt. All customer records, caches, and local SQLite databases will be permanently purged from your device storage immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form (Global Fallback)
Use this form if you have uninstalled the app or need storefront license and communication records wiped.Global Data Retention & Compliance Disclosures
What is permanently deleted: User accounts, cloud profiles, newsletter email subscriptions, support correspondence, local backups, and diagnostic tokens.
What is legally retained: Under applicable tax and accounting laws, financial transaction timestamps and payment processing reference IDs (via Razorpay) are retained strictly for commercial audit requirements.
