2. Software License Grant (EULA)

When purchasing or downloading software from Pinku Lab:

• Free Applications: You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use the application for personal or internal business purposes.
• Paid Desktop Software (e.g. NEXUS DevStudio, SonicForge): You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, single-user license to install and execute the software on up to three (3) personal workstations simultaneously.
• Prohibitions: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute cracked versions, or repackage our binaries for resale without prior written authorization.

3. Payments & Commercial Terms

All paid transactions on our storefront are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through our authorized payment partner Razorpay Software Private Limited. We operate as a registered Micro Enterprise under the Ministry of MSME. In accordance with current turnover regulations, we do not charge GST; invoices generated do not reflect GSTIN levies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary code, algorithms, brand assets, logos, and UI designs associated with Pinku Lab and its software tools are the sole intellectual property of Pinku Nayak. Any unauthorized cloning or infringement will be pursued under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Pinku Lab or proprietor Pinku Nayak be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berhampur, Ganjam District, Odisha, India.
