We believe user privacy is an absolute digital right. Our primary software architecture is Offline-First & Zero-Telemetry. We build desktop and mobile applications that run locally on your device without transmitting customer ledgers, regex scripts, land map polygons, or private audio files to remote servers.
2. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to our website (pinkulab.in), all Android applications published on the Google Play Store under the developer account Pinku Lab, and native Windows software distributed through our official store.
3. Information We Collect & Why
Our apps (including QuickLedger Bharat, NEXUS DevStudio, SonicForge, and Bhu-Darpan Pro) store customer ledgers, regex scripts, plot coordinates, and audio files strictly in your local device sandboxed storage. We do NOT operate remote tracking servers to collect in-app actions.
When purchasing a paid software license on our website, we collect your email address, name, and optional B2B GSTIN solely to generate your software license key and email your purchase receipt. Payment card, UPI, and net banking details are processed directly by Razorpay Software Private Limited (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never view or store your full card numbers or banking passwords.
If you contact us via pinkunayak01@gmail.com or our web contact form, we retain your email and correspondence solely to resolve your support ticket.

We may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense on our website blog and free informational articles:

When our Android apps request device permissions, they are strictly functional:
- GPS / Location (e.g. Bhu-Darpan Pro): Used only while actively calculating plot boundary coordinates on your screen. Never broadcasted to external servers.
- Storage / Media Access: Used to import/export PDFs, CSVs, or audio files at the explicit command of the user.
- Camera (e.g. TrackCam AI): Used strictly for local on-device motion detection framing on your screen. No video frames are streamed to the internet.
